For small group sessions:
The late cancellation window is 4 hours prior to the start of class/session. Cancellations made within 4 hours are subject to removal of one class/session from your package, or for membership clients, a late fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file.
For personal training sessions:
We look forward to seeing you for your session!
Please note that our rescheduling/cancellation policy for personal training is 48 hours prior to your scheduled session as the availability to reschedule is limited, and your time slot is a commitment for both the client and the trainer. Shadow Cat Fitness is built on the belief that movement belongs to every body.
We are committed to supporting growth across the spectrum of health and wellness while fostering an inclusive and safe space where all clients, staff, and community members feel valued, respected, and safe — we strive to support adults of all sizes, abilities, genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic status.
We actively work to deconstruct fatphobia and push back against toxic gym culture — and that's not just a value statement, it shapes how sessions actually run. That means this is a space free from body comparisons, diet talk, unsolicited advice, and appearance-based comments. That standard applies to everyone in the space, including you about yourself.
If you've felt unwelcome, surveilled, or like you had to earn your place in a gym before — this is a direct response to that.
