The Shadow cat class

At Shadow Cat Fitness, we believe that fitness should be functional AND fun.

Our Functional Movement Classes format is a 45-minute low-impact, full-body workout utilizing weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls designed to increase strength, improve balance, and increase range of motion.

Every class is designed to enable participants to adjust the tempo and resistance for their individual needs. All skill levels are encouraged to take class!

what to bring

  • a yoga mat or towel (if you prefer to work barefoot)

  • a water bottle

  • a face towel (for sweat)

Cost is $20 per class. Contact us to sign up! Space is limited to 14 participants per class.
