CLass formats
Classes are 45 minutes long. We’ll use a variety of props including weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and more, depending on the class.
Our Functional Movement Classes format is a 45-minute low(ish)-impact, full-body workout primarily focused on increasing strength, and secondarily focus on improved balance, and increased range of motion.
Our Saturday 7:00am and Sunday 8:00am classes will focus primarily on Stability and Mobility.
Every class is designed to enable participants to adjust the tempo and resistance for their individual needs. All skill levels are encouraged to take class! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or conditions that may need modifications.
