ABOUT
Our Functional Movement Classes format is a 45-minute low-impact, full-body workout utilizing weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls designed to increase strength, improve balance, and increase range of motion.
Every class is designed to enable participants to adjust the tempo and resistance for their individual needs. All skill levels are encouraged to take class!
What to bring
a yoga mat or towel (if you prefer to work barefoot)
a water bottle
a face towel (for sweat)
Location
Classes are held at The Do Better Studio, located near I205 and SR500.
